Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of stress in students during the transition to distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The urgency of the problem is due to the digital transformation of modern education and the active use of distance learning on a completely new scale for world systems, as well as its impact on the psychological health of participants in the educational process. The transition to a distance learning format is stressful for students, including as a learning format. However, the stress generated by the circumstances of distance learning, in most cases, has signs of a stress challenge, and, rather, does not suppress students, but "charges" them to overcome difficulties, forces them to put more effort into coping and effectively modify their behavior to achieve academic results.
