Abstract

The results of a statistical study of the factors of digital infrastructure development and the use of digital technologies in the regions of Russia are presented. Using correlation analysis and econometric methods of linear regression, the influence of factors such as human capital, economic prerequisites for the demand for digital technologies, the investment climate and the scientific and innovative potential of the regions has been studied. The importance of the size of the economy as an independent factor of digital development is shown. To conduct the research, we used individual indicators and composite indices characterizing the development of infrastructure, the use of digital technologies and socio-economic conditions in the regions of Russia.
