Abstract

This article explores the information-psychological tools of "new wars". The methodology of the analysis is based on a poly-paradigmatic approach, which allows for a productive interpretation of the subject of study within the paradigm of realism, postmodernism, and neo-Marxist world-systems theory. The article identifies the main segments of the mechanism of information-psychological influence in the implementation of "soft power" policy. The methods of such influence used in the conditions of global hybrid warfare are disclosed. The features of digital technologies and national models of "soft power" in cyberspace applied by the main actors of world politics are defined.
