Abstract

In this article, the authors analyzed international data strategies and substantiated that the recognition of data as a key strategic asset and public value can lead to changes in the model of Public Administration. The article examines how governments that have identified Data Driven Governance as one of the principles of digital transformation are changing their priorities in setting public policy goals, applying technologies, forming a regulatory framework, implementing management functions, etc. Such changes can lead to the formation of a new model of data-centric government.
