Abstract

The issues of legislative regulation of the development of the information society at the federal and regional levels are considered. The problems of the relationship between different levels of power in the regulation of informatization processes are described. The need to expand the powers of the regions and give them a large number of independent powers to improve the efficiency of informatization processes in society as a whole is noted.
