Strategy for mobilizing Russia's scientific potential

Abstract

A systematic analysis of the problem of forming a strategy for mobilizing the scientific potential of Russia and it is shown that its solution is a prerequisite for ensuring the national security of our country in modern geopolitical conditions. The structure and current state of the intellectual potential of Russia, as well as urgent problems of the development of information science and education, are considered. A list of priority tasks of the strategy of mobilization and increasing the efficiency of using the scientific potential of our country is given.
