On the artificial intelligence algorithms application for anti-corruption expertise

Abstract

The creation of the artificial intelligence algorithms for anti-corruption expertise is possible because the corruption factors are formulated as typical, have specific indicators, detectable directly in the normative text. The necessary conditions are: data management policy; semantic nature of data formalization, and the State data transparency. The study uses formal legal and comparative legal methods, legal interpretation and modeling methods.
