Abstract

In the modern world, the volume of legal information is growing exponentially, lawyers are faced with the need to process big data, conduct research and analyze precedents. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in jurisprudence is associated with a whole range of effects and risks. As part of the study: the characteristic features of artificial intelligence were identified; an analysis of the use of AI technologies in judicial, detective and law enforcement activities was conducted; effects and risks were identified in areas of legal practice; recommendations were developed for government agencies on the implementation of promising technologies.
