Abstract

Questions about the attribution of information and psychological violence to the objective side of the crime are increasingly being raised by scientists in the field of criminal law investigating crimes committed using information technology. The article explores the concept of information and psychological violence, the possibility of using information technology, Internet technology as one of the measures to prevent criminal acts committed using information and psychological violence using information technology.
