Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of assessing the interoperability of information systems (IS). The main approaches to ensuring IS interoperability are presented, including an analysis of the existing regulatory framework in this area, the content of the reference model of interoperability and the principles of building an interoperability profile. Various approaches to standardization of interoperability set out in international domestic regulatory documents, including definitions of levels and protocols of interoperability, are noted. The issues of quantitative assessment of interoperability are considered.  The analysis of possible risks of achieving interoperability is carried out, methods of their calculation are proposed.
