Abstract

The research is devoted to the remote investment entrepreneurship in the Internet space, forming today a separate segment of the investment market based on investor transactions without direct participation of financial intermediaries by means of communication on special Internet platforms. The paper offers a theoretical substantiation of remote investment transactions and their development process, provides a classification of types of investment business, based on distance investment transactions, the multilevel structure of legal mechanisms for regulating distance investment transactions is characterized, as well as the directions for solving these problems in the context of bridging the gap between the requirements of the investment market and the opportunities of the higher education market are outlined.
