Information tools for a university teacher: a required list

Abstract

One of the areas of education informatization is the introduction of information systems into the work of universities. These information systems provide tools for automating the educational and scientific activities of a teachers and improving their work. We survey the information subsystems of teachers at technical, medical and pedagogical universities. For each subsystem, we describe the interface and operating procedure, analyze the teacher’s tools. We conclude not all tools are implemented in these subsystems of university information systems. We discover a list of information tools for university teachers. This tool list can be used by universities and development companies in the development of university information systems.
