Abstract

The article, based on semi-structured in-depth interviews, examines how the practices of social network users have changed in context of two problematic situations: : restrictions associated with the covid-19 pandemic and blocking of popular Internet resources. It is noted that with a high level of access to the Internet, a restructuring of the media practice system occurs. Technological changes are perceived in a variety of contexts. The same actions in the digital environment can be given different meanings and they even have opposite meanings.
