Abstract

The article reviews international and domestic experience in the field of damage assessment from various destructive events (earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.) using artificial intelligence. The purpose of the work is to review theoretical and practical scientific approaches to damage assessment as a result of natural and man-made destructive events using artificial intelligence technologies. The analysis showed that in order for artificial intelligence to do its job, well prepared and reliable data are needed to help rapid decision-making and planning of necessary activities for disaster management.
