Abstract

The article presents the history of the development and implementation of public Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS), which form the core of e-budgeting platforms, in relation to the EAEU countries. An analysis of the development of FMIS was carried out within the framework of the implementation of the Open Government paradigm (e-government) and the transition to the principles of results-based budgeting. The architecture of FMIS and e-budgeting platforms is presented, and the advantages of using them to improve budget efficiency are described. An analysis of the features of the development and implementation of FMIS in the EAEU countries was carried out. Prospects are listed, as well as current tasks for the development of electronic budget platforms in the EAEU countries.
