Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the use of digital technologies in the regulation and control of migration using patent analysis data. A review of tools and methods for monitoring labor migration, formalized as objects of intellectual property, has been carried out. With the Orbit Intelligence analytical platform, patented technical solutions in this area have been identified for the period since 2000. It is shown that Chinese universities and commercial companies make the greatest contribution to the creation of patent inventions. The findings contribute to the understanding of technical regulation of citizen behavior criteria and can be used to assess the effectiveness of security control policies.
