Abstract

Automated decision-making systems are increasingly being used in public administration. The article discusses the problems of ensuring explicability and transparency in their use. The authors carried out the legal identification of automated decision-making, systematized the concepts formed in science to ensure its explicability and transparency, proposed a regulatory model to ensure explicability and transparency in relation to automated decision-making systems used in public administration.
