The article describes the augmented procedure of the VRIO resource profile within the framework of a complex neuro-fuzzy model for ensuring the innovation activity of an industrial enterprise. It unites system of procedures for analyzing and evaluating the possibilities of using resources based on their classification, taking into account a set of multidimensional criteria determined by the current tasks of innovative development, as well as a long-term forecast of the directions and speed of structural changes. The described model is based on the principles of the resource concept and the ecosystem approach to form a sustainable value for the development of interaction in a strategic perspective. The development of the model is aimed at forming a visual tool for the holistic and fullest use of the resource capabilities of various types of individual production and economic entities to maximize the sustainable value of interaction in a strategic perspective, taking into account the tasks of accelerated modernization based on innovation and the high probability of resource availability problems. The variants of strategies for using the resource capabilities of the subjects of interaction are described based on the target priority orientation and the resource group according to the characteristics significant for modern industrial enterprises. The use of the augmented resource VRIO profile described in the article will allow to form an objective basis for tracking, analyzing, evaluating and planning changes in resource characteristics, as well as to conduct their dynamic analysis and make an informed choice of the further direction of use.
