Abstract

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is going through a phase of structural reforms that affect the fundamentals of the country's economy. In an effort to diversify the national economy and reduce dependence on the oil and gas sectors, the kingdom has embarked on the path of digitalization, the introduction of innovative technologies, in particular artificial intelligence and big data systems, to intensify economic growth, improve the standard of living of its subjects and the role of the state in international economic relations. This study provides an analysis of the benefits of digitalization for strengthening the economic potential of KSA.
