Abstract

A conceptual framework and indicators for monitoring R&D and innovation related to digital technologies as a factor for sectoral digital development have been developed. The conceptual framework for monitoring and evaluation identifies two main components: (1) research and development of digital technologies for sectoral transformation, (2) innovation based on the use of digital technologies. A pilot calculation of indicators for Russia for 2022 was made, as well as an integral indicator for 8 sectors of economy, a sectoral rating of was built based on the integral indicator of R&D and innovation for sectoral digital development.
