Abstract

A conceptual framework and a set of indicators for monitoring and evaluation of the infrastructure for digital transformation of the sphere of activity have been developed. The conceptual framework covers telecommunications, computing and platform infrastructures described by sets of measurable indicators. The conceptual framework has been tested based on Rosstat statistical data for 12 priority areas of activity for 2022.
