Abstract

The article explores issues related to the possibility of algorithmization of signs of crime and criminality. Various predictive analytics software solutions used in both the Russian Federation and the United States are analyzed. In addition, mathematical models are proposed that make it possible to minimize possible contradictions with legal principles that arise in the process of predictive policing.
