Abstract

This article discusses the specifics of building an enterprise business model necessary for achieving success in ecosystem development in the data economy. The paper analyzes the key elements that determine the efficiency of digital ecosystems and their differences from traditional business models. Particular attention is paid to the practical aspects of creating and managing ecosystems, as well as the role of data in forming competitive advantages. Such structural elements of the ecosystem development business model as creating value based on data, digital platforms, mechanisms for interaction between participants, strategic partnerships and methods of data monetization are considered. Particular attention is paid to the role of data as a strategic resource for companies focused on ecosystem activities. Based on the analysis, conclusions are formulated about the key factors for the success of ecosystem development of enterprises in the modern economic environment.
