Abstract

The purpose of the study is to assess student satisfaction with the quality of online education through the identification of discrepancies between the conditions of the actual implementation of the educational process and the expectations and requirements of students. Realizing the adaptive capabilities of SERVQUAL methodology, survey questions were developed to determine students' satisfaction with online learning. The study involved applicants, students and graduates of the Institute of Open Education of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The sample amounted to 800 people. Statistical processing of data was carried out using the Yandex Forms service.
