Digitalization of production processes: searching the thechnological solutions

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of technical solutions for the digitalization of production processes in manufacturing industries. The issue is relevant due to the interest of enterprises in digitalization, which goes beyond business processes on administration and customer service. Patent research allows us to approach this issue. However, it is necessary to select keywords for the search query. The article outlines a method to describe the subject area. To test the proposed approach, we analyze technologies for the digital industry and one of the technological areas. The results obtained indicate cross-country differences in the subjects of inventions.
