Abstract

The article examines the opportunities and risks of innovation sharing in the digital economy. The development of the digital economy creates new opportunities for companies, which consists in the evolution of resource sharing relationships that ensure business survival under new constraints. The exchange of innovations and intangible assets is considered as the highest level of sharing, and must be maintained to overcome dependence on import technologies. In this regard, the need to adapt successful foreign experience in implementing the open innovation model and the importance of multilateral partnership with the participation of the state is justified.
