The article examines the features of sharing economy development in modern Russia in the context of its impact on the digital transformation of the national economy. The authors define sharing as a new model of interaction between economic agents, which has become widespread in the process of implementing digital technologies into economic relations. The conditions of its development include technological changes, the growth of digital platforms, government incentive measures, the level of social trust and the new psychology of consumers. The authors believe that the level of sharing relationships in society and business indirectly indicates how far the digital transformation of economic relations in the country has progressed and how effectively it creates the basis for sustainable economic growth. Based on the study of foreign and domestic scientific research, a comparative analysis of the practice of countries that actively use sharing models, in particular, China, and by means of a systematic approach to analyzing the role of sharing in solving various tasks at the level of public and private companies, the authors conclude that creating the necessary conditions for the development of a progressive model of interaction between economic agents based on sharing is a key factor of the complete digital transformation in the modern Russian economy.
