Abstract

The global dimension of the modern information society has led to the emergence of interactions between very different States, cultures and peoples, sometimes very far from each other. The purpose of the article is to identify, within the framework of modern society, the prospects for strengthening China as a world power and one of the poles of the world order. For this purpose, special attention is paid to the content of the policy pursued by China in relation to the most remote regions, one of which is West Africa. This policy approach focuses on maintaining a South-South transcontinental partnership, which is characterized by a form of development in which the growth of the country's research potential occurs in parallel with the economic potential for an adequate transformation of the content of interaction in the context of nonlinear processes of globalization, informatization and integration in the ХХ1st century. Начало формы
