Abstract

The acceleration of globalization has led to the technologization of political activities on the local and global levels. A prominent place in the technologization of political activities is occupied by the “soft power” technology. “Soft power” technology is a collection of techniques, methods and procedures, which are necessary to perform power functions of the global political actors at the global level aimed at improving the efficiency of their influence and control the political process in the country or region in order to achieve national interests and desired results in the field of international relations. Such a technology manifests itself as a technology of political processes management at the global level and contributes to the realization of the power and interests of global political leaders.
