The article explores the specifics of the formation of virtual space in a modern information and network economy. The types of actors in virtual spaces are distinguished: network individuals, network entities, radical decentralized organizations, metaprogrammers. The motives of their activities are described, based on the established values of the Internet. Also the features of behavioral practices are identified.
