The article presents the experience of a regional high-tech company, one of the top-100 startups in the world, in the field of communication promotion of an IT product in a highly competitive environment. In the context of global and domestic growth of the IT sphere, the demand for services to promote companies in this segment and to search for new ways to promote complex IT products is increasing, updating the formation of a special direction in the public relations system – “technological PR”.
