Abstract

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the agenda of modern Internet-media and social media. Using the frequency analysis of texts and visualization of it```` is results in the form of a tag cloud, a comparative analysis of the news agendas of two popular Internet-media and modern virtual social media is carried out. It has been found that the most popular news headlines on social media are incidental news headlines. Thanks to the comparative analysis, it was revealed how the content components of the news agendas of the studied online media and social media intersect.
