Abstract

The article considers two aspects of the problem of natural intelligence in the information society. These are, firstly, the prospects of natural intelligence against the background of future successes of Artificial Intelligence. Secondly, the alarming changes in human intellectual abilities that have already manifested themselves in the 90s of the past century. These changes were caused by the spread of digital devices and information and telecommunication networks. The authors defend the position that management of digital transformation processes should be based on the idea of a person as an unconditional value.
