A pilot sectoral assessment

Abstract

The article presents the developed methodology for constructing a pilot rating of the level of digital development of individual spheres of activity in the Russian Federation and the results of its pilot implementation. A review of the literature on the construction of composite indices for assessing the level of digital development of economic sectors is provided; the developed conceptual scheme, system of indicators and methodology for calculating the pilot rating of individual spheres of activity by the level of digital development are presented; data sources and methods of the conducted research for measuring the indicators are described; the analysis of the results of the formation of the pilot rating based on 2022 data is carried out; conclusions and recommendations are formulated.
