Abstract

In turbulent, rapidly changing business conditions, proactive response in managing the formation of demand for IT products and services in lead management becomes especially relevant. For IT business, the search for practical answers to the questions becomes vital: How to increase sales of a product? How to expand your sales niche? How to increase the number of leads? Modern artificial intelligence tools make it possible to implement proactive demand management through the use of convergence technologies to analyze customer behavior and market development.
