Digital trade: networking and institutional regulation of marketplaces

Abstract

The article criticizes the negative consequences of the monopolization of network advantages by marketplaces. The author proposes to reconsider the priorities of institutional regulation. As an alternative to the dominance of oligopolies, decentralization of the digital trade network environment is considered.
