Abstract

The polemical study contains legal and interdisciplinary arguments about the patterns of the implementtion of artificial intelligence. The issues of changing the role of a human and law in information legal relations are considered, examples of the crisis of critical thinking of a person are given. It proves the need to introduce the "human is the weak party"models and the right to refuse digital technologies into government activities and social regulators. The content of the draft bill on artificial intelligence and robotics technologies has been developed.
