Dynamics in the number of mobile subscribers of telecommunication companies

The article considers the current state of the telecommunications market in Russia and abroad, examines the factors affecting the increase in the number of subscribers of telecommunications companies. Using the example of SK Telecom (South Korea) and Megafon (Russia), a model of the dynamics of the number of subscribers has been developed, which includes the function of the usefulness of mobile services for users. It is shown that the growth of mobile users positively correlates with the share of capital investments in the revenue of the mobile segment for the previous year, as well as with the growth rate of base stations (for SK Telecom) and the share of 3G and 4G technology stations in the total number of base stations (for PJSC " Megaphone").
